NexusAppWorks ("we," "our," or "us") is a software studio based in the Philippines that builds SaaS products, mobile applications, and digital tools. We are the owner and operator of nexusappworks.com and all products under the NexusAppWorks brand.

Each app has its own privacy policy. ClassRoll, for example, stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit any personal information to our servers.

We process your personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Sentry — we use Sentry (sentry.io) for error monitoring and crash debugging across our web and mobile apps. Sentry may collect error context such as device type, OS version, app version, and stack traces. No personally identifiable information is intentionally sent to Sentry. See sentry.io/privacy
Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, user behavior, and page performance. Google Analytics may collect data such as pages visited, session duration, device type, and general location. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google AdMob — our mobile applications may display ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP address, app usage data, and interaction data with ads to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads on Android via Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or on iOS via Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
Contact form submissions: retained for up to 2 years
Analytics data: retained in aggregated, anonymized form
Email correspondence: retained for up to 3 years for business purposes
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@nexusappworks.com.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC Circular 16-03. Notification will include the nature of the breach, the data affected, and the steps we are taking to address it.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@nexusappworks.com and we will promptly delete it.
Note: ClassRoll is used by teachers to manage student attendance. No student personal data is transmitted to NexusAppWorks servers — all data remains on the teacher's device.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
Right to Erasure — request deletion of your data
Right to Object — object to certain types of processing
Right to Data Portability — receive your data in a portable format
Right to Withdraw Consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
