Software Development Services

We build custom SaaS products, mobile applications, and digital tools for clients. Service-specific terms, timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or project proposal.

Free Products (e.g., ClassRoll, PillTaken)

Some of our apps are provided free of charge. These are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may update, modify, or discontinue free products at any time without notice.

Paid Services

For paid development services or subscriptions, payment terms will be stated in the relevant invoice or service agreement. We currently process payments via PayPal.

Payment Terms

All quoted prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) or US Dollar (USD) as agreed. Payment is processed via PayPal. Full or partial upfront payment may be required before work begins, as stated in the project proposal.

NexusAppWorks Ownership

All content on nexusappworks.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design — is the property of NexusAppWorks and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Client Projects

For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment NexusAppWorks transfers ownership of the final deliverable to the client.

Open Source

Some NexusAppWorks tools are released as open source. These are governed by their respective open-source licenses (e.g., MIT License).

Our website and apps may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., PayPal, Google Analytics, Sentry). These are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.
